After an exciting invitational tournament at PAX East this past April, we are happy to announce that Vainglory is returning to CSL for a special open tournament! What better way to keep summer exciting than to get your team together for more ESPORTS?
When
Tournament will take place on June 25th, 2016 beginning at 12pm PST/3pm EST. If more teams register than are originally anticipated, tournament will start the previous week, June 18th (same start time), and continue on June 25th.
Rules
Each registered team must have 3 players. Each player must be an active student with a school email address.
We will be using the official VGL rules. The full VGL ruleset is available here: http://www.vaingloryleague.com/rules/.
Please review and if you have any questions, we will have tournament admins on hand to help.
Format will be a single elimination bracket if there are more than 16 teams. If there are less than 16 teams, a different format may be used (e.g. groups).
How to Register
Send an email to vainglory@cstarleague.com with the following:
•Name of School
•Full name (Of each player)
•University email address (Of each player)
•Ingame Name (Of each player)
Registration ends June 15th 11:59pm PST.
Prizing
It’s a $300 winner take all tournament!
Don’t delay! Make sure to register as soon as possible. The more responses we get, the better the competition. The better the competition, the more you’ll be seeing mobile esports action in the CSL this fall.
