The Brooklyn Beatdown

With US$75,000 on the line at “The Brooklyn Beatdown”, we are looking for more than just the best Street Fighter V players in New York City. Over on ESL Play you will get the chance to compete prior to the clash at The Brooklyn Beatdown on October 1st and 2nd. For players from a variety of regions, the big prize will be the paid trip and accommodations to take part in the main event.

Further details on those activities will be released soon.

Stuart Ewen, Product Manager at ESL said, had the following to say:
“We’re very excited to bring Street Fighter V to an ESL One event. The Street Fighter community contains some of the most legendary players and moments in esports history, and we hope that with The Brooklyn Beatdown we’ll be helping to realise and relay many more of these moments to Street Fighter V fans worldwide.”

To register for “The Brooklyn Beatdown” a $10 registration on Eventbrite as well as a ticket to ESL One New York 2016 are needed. Make sure to have both in order to compete in the tournament. ESL Street Fighter on Twitter and Facebook will keep you up to date!
