We are delighted to announce that we have been selected by Microsoft’s Turn 10 Studios as the official global tournament organiser for ForzaRC, including The New York Invitational and Season 3: The Porsche Cup.

Kicking off ForzaRC this year is the Forza Racing Championship 2017 New York Invitational Presented by Porsche on 15th – 16th April at Microsoft’s flagship store on Fifth Avenue, showcasing 18 of ForzaRC’s Elite players from around the world competing for a chance to win $25,000 in cash prizes, plus a Drift competition between two of ForzaRC’s top drifters. Guests will also have a chance to race ForzaRC Elite drivers and even Porsche professional driver Matt Campbell on 15th April. Fans are invited to join Gfinity from home by tuning into the Beam livestream, Twitch and YouTube, featuring a guest appearance by Campbell.

Get involved with ForzaRC in 2017

The New York Invitational is just the beginning for ForzaRC in 2017. Registration is now open for ForzaRC Season 3: The Porsche Cup – the most inclusive racing eSports programme and home to the largest online racing community in gaming. Players can participate in two different competitions in Forza Motorsport 6 for Elite drivers and Forza Horizon 3 for casual players. Players will get the chance to race in a wide variety of Porsche models over four weeks of intense competition, culminating in a finals event at a special location, where winners will take home $100,000 in cash prizes.

The tournament will for the first time see the gaming elite compete in mixture of nail biting online and offline events and Gfinity’s bespoke platform is perfect to showcase all of the thrill and spills.

The partnership helps to further establish Gfinity as a leader in international eSports tournament design and execution. In addition to running the tournaments for ForzaRC, we will also be broadcasting the online races weekly via Twitch and Beam. The hosting of ForzaRC also runs alongside our own Elite Series, a world-class eSports tournament where amateur gamers have a chance to be drafted to a professional team.
