Less than a week ago we announced the ESL Hearthstone Legendary Series Katowice 2016. Initially it was planned that finals will take place on the 6th of March, but due to scheduling conflicts the final event in Katowice will now be held one day earlier, on the 5th of March.
Adrian Kostrzębski, PR Manager of ESL Poland, has to following to say about the schedule change:
“Due to the high interest in ESL Hearthstone Legendary Series Katowice 2016 and us willing to provide all fans with a comfortable environment while watching the best players from all around the world compete, we have decided to reschedule the tournament to 5th of March. We are sure that the place and new date will make ESL Hearthstone Legendary Series Katowice 2016 an unforgettable event for every single fan of Hearthstone”.
Eight players in total will take part in ESL Hearthstone Legendary Series 2016. All of them can advance to the tournament by competing in open qualifiers. The prize pool of the competition will consist of US$10,000 and HCT ranking points for the players based on their performance, with Intel and HP being official partners of the tournament.
The ESL Hearthstone Legendary Series Katowice 2016 will take place at the International Conference Centre in Katowice. ESL will provide fans with the highest quality coverage. All matches will be casted and analysed on Twitch.tv.
