It’s nearly one week until the Heroes of the Storm Spring Championship in Seoul, Korea, where 12 of the best teams from around the world will enter the Nexus in the hopes winning the title and getting a piece of the $500,000 prize pool. But there’s even more excitement just ahead as Blizzard has just announced plans for the Summer Championship as part of the Global Championship Circuit!
Teams from around the world will compete via Regional Championships for a spot at the Summer Championship, which will take place at DreamHack Summer in Jonkoping, Sweden with yet another $500,000 prize pool up for grabs.
Heroes of the Storm ESL North America Summer Qualifiers and Summer Regional Championship

Eight qualifying teams will advance from the Qualifiers to the Heroes of the Storm ESL North America Summer Regional Championship, which will take place on Saturday, June 4 and Sunday, June 5 at the ESL Studios in Burbank, California in front of a live audience. Blizzard will be providing a $100,000 prize pool for the event, and the winning team will advance to the Summer Championship in Sweden!
