We’re happy to announce the Gears of War 4 launch Invitational! Eight teams from four regions will be competing in a two day double elimination event on Gears of War 4 for $25,000 October 22-23 in the MLG Columbus arena.
Who will Qualify
The top 3 teams from the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Columbus Open last month, Enemy.GG, Team EnVyUs & DreamTeam, are invited to the event. Two teams from North America, one team from Europe, one team from Latin America and one team from Oceania will qualify. Travel will be paid for teams from Europe, Latin America, Oceania, the 3 invited teams and the top team in pro points from North America.
How to qualify
Teams from the eligible regions will compete towards qualifying for the event by earning Pro Points in GameBattles weekly online Tournaments and ladders between August 13th and October 18th on Gears of War: Ultimate Edition. The Qualifying teams will be determined by combined pro points between all players on submitted rosters. For more information, visit GameBattles.com
