For those teams competing we have some great news. Due to your support we\u2019ve been able to add another US$45,000 to the already incredible regional prize pools.<\/p>\n<p>Not only is there a substantial amount of prize money on the line but the Regional Finals will produce our seven qualified teams, who will be joined by Aftermath, winners of the Tour stop in Hong Kong, to go on meet the top eight from the NA Regionals to play for the US$2,000,000 prize pool and the chance to be crowned the first ever Halo World Champions!<\/p>\n<p>Under strict conditions and with an adjudicated set of rules, the following groups for the Halo World Championship Tour have been drawn into the pools for each regional final.<\/p>\n<p>Halo World Championship Tour: Sydney (6th and 7th of February)<br \/>\n\u2022 Group A: Authority, Prime and Citadel Gaming<br \/>\n\u2022 Group B: Team Immunity, Team Exile5 and the AvT Auckland champions<br \/>\n Prizes: US$15,000 and two spots at the 2016 Finals<\/p>\n<p>Halo World Championship Tour: Cologne (6th and 7th of February)<br \/>\n\u2022 Group A: Team Infused (UK), Vinco Gaming (SA) and Vitality (EU)<br \/>\n\u2022 Group B: Supremacy (EU), PENTA Sports (EU) and exceL esports (UK)<br \/>\n\u2022 Group C: Millenium (EU), FabEsports (EU) and Team Dignitas (UK)<br \/>\n\u2022 Group D: Epsilon Esports (UK), Pulse Gaming (EU) and Wrecking Gaming (EU)<br \/>\nPrizes: US$50,000 and four spots at the 2016 Finals<\/p>\n<p>Halo World Championship Tour: Mexico City (13th and 14th of February)<br \/>\n\u2022 Group A: Gideon (LAS), TBD (MEX), Team Calidus (BRA) and Chosen Legacy (MEX)<br \/>\n\u2022 Group B: Black Lotus (BRA), Insane Onfire (LAN), GG Team (BRA) and Chosen Squad (MEX)<br \/>\nPrizes: US$30,000 and one spot at the 2016 Finals<\/p>\n<p>The road to regionals has been hard fought ever since the initial announcement over #HaloWC landed back at Gamescom in 2015. In December, all online ladders opened up with a few teams claiming an early 2015 regionals spot. Moving forward to 2016, the online qualifiers are in full swing and by then end of January we will have all regional slots which leads into February action.<\/p>\n<p>Jumping forward just one month to March, we will be at the penultimate finish of three months of hard grind at the Halo World Championship: 2016 Finals, where the very best in Halo esports from around the globe goes head to head for a prize pool of over US$2,000,000!
