FACEIT, the leading competitive gaming platform, is bringing the FACEIT QuakeWorld Tournament to D.I.C.E. for the second year running. This year\u2019s tournament will follow in the inaugural tournament\u2019s format, pitting 16 of the gaming industry\u2019s most influential developers and executives against each other in a 1v1 Quake tournament. FACEIT QuakeWorld will kickoff at D.I.C.E. 2017 on the mainstage with the opening rounds starting Wednesday, February 22, with the quarterfinals, semifinals and grand final the following day. The 2017 D.I.C.E. Summit conference takes place Feb. 21-23, 2017 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s tournament will bring together familiar faces from last year\u2019s tournament, including Gearbox\u2019s Randy Pitchford, Insomniac Games\u2019 Ted Price and Sparkypants\u2019 Sean Dunn along with newcomers like Blizzard Entertainment\u2019s Jeffrey Kaplan and id Software\u2019s Tim Willits.<\/p>\n
