A Blizzard-sanctioned major, the ESL Hearthstone Legendary Series is also supported by both Intel and HP, and will see competitors from around the world face off for a cash prize as well as the chance to take the coveted tournament title.<\/p>\n<p>The players<\/p>\n<p>The following eight players have qualified for the ESL Hearthstone Legendary Series finals in Katowice:<br \/>\n\u2022 Esteban Ignacio \u201cespumito\u201d Opazo Rivera (Spain)<br \/>\n\u2022 R\u00e9mi \u201cElscouta\u201d Bonnet (France)<br \/>\n\u2022 Vladislav \u201cSilverName\u201d Sinotov (Russia)<br \/>\n\u2022 Zhivodar \u201cZhivo\u201d Bahnev (Bulgaria)<br \/>\n\u2022 Esteban \u201cAKAWonder\u201d Serrano Bozada (Spain)<br \/>\n\u2022 Adrian \u201cDoKy\u201d Garcia Ibarrondo (Spain)<br \/>\n\u2022 Joshua \u201cImpact\u201d Graham (Canada)<br \/>\n\u2022 Carlos Andres \u201cLucky Shadow\u201d Perez Brenes (Costa Rica)<\/p>\n<p>The prizes<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the all-important ESL Hearthstone Legendary Series title, these eight hopefuls will also be playing for a US$10,000 total prize pool, which will be distributed as follows:<br \/>\n\u2022 First place: US$5,000<br \/>\n\u2022 Second place: US$3,000<br \/>\n\u2022 Third place: US$1,000<br \/>\n\u2022 Fourth place: US$1,000<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the above, there are also HCT points up for grabs, which will be awarded as detailed below:<br \/>\n\u2022 First place: 15 points<br \/>\n\u2022 Second place: 10 points<br \/>\n\u2022 Third to fourth place: 5 points<br \/>\n\u2022 Fifth to eighth place: 2 points<\/p>\n<p>The format<\/p>\n<p>The ESL Hearthstone Legendary Series will follow a single-elimination, best-of-five format. A four hero, one ban conquest format will be used, with players able to select four decks with unique classes each as well as make a blind ban before each match.<\/p>\n<p>Get ready for some major action!<\/p>\n<p>The ESL Hearthstone Legendary Series is set to begin on Saturday the 5th of March from 12:00 CET. If you want to watch the competition unfold live and in person, <a href=\"http:\/\/intelextrememasters.com\/season10\/worldchampionship\/\" target=\"_blank\">entry to the event is free<\/a>.
