The Intel Challenge Katowice returns for its second iteration of the women\u2019s CS:GO tournament held in Katowice during the Intel Extreme Masters World Championship, where eight top teams from around the world will battle it out for the coveted trophy and their share of a US$30,000 prize pool.<\/p>\n
The groups<\/p>\n
The teams have been divided into two groups of four, which are as follows:<\/p>\n
Group A
\n\u2022 WRTP
\n\u2022 Team Karma
\n\u2022 Millenium (formerly doemouth)
\n\u2022 Santos.Dexterity <\/p>\n
Group B
\n\u2022 CLG Red
\n\u2022 Team Acer
\n\u2022 EXERTUS
\n\u2022 Elysium<\/p>\n
The format<\/p>\n
Group stage<\/p>\n
The group stage, taking place on March the 5th, will feature round robin play (best of one for each round). The top two teams from each group will secure a slot in the semifinals. The matches will be livestreamed here<\/a> from 12:00 CET.<\/p>\n Playoffs<\/p>\n The playoffs will take place on March the 6th on Expo stage B beginning at 12:00 CET.
