With the Heroes of the Storm Spring Championship just days away, we\u2019re excited to announce details for the Summer season, during which more than $1.2 million USD is on the line! <\/p>\n
Hundreds of teams from around the globe will battle their way through their respective regional competitions, hoping to earn one of 12 spots in the Heroes of the Storm Summer Global Championship. The Summer season will culminate at DreamHack Summer in J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping, Sweden, where qualifying teams will compete for a share of the $500,000 USD prize pool.<\/p>\n
We\u2019re also excited to announce that additional $100,000 USD Summer Regional events have been added for both North America and Europe. The winners of all four regional events across North America and Europe will earn a spot in the Summer Global Championship.<\/p>\n
This Spring, we saw the level of competition around the world increase, and we can\u2019t wait to see which teams claw their way back to the Global Championship this Summer and which newcomers emerge.
