\nWith the start of Stage 2 of the Pro Division Stage last week, we\u2019ve introduced Thursday matches to the schedule to give a platform for some of the best match-ups the European region has to offer. <\/p>\n
\nTCM Gaming\u2019s CWL squad were sold to the French organisation Team LDLC. On the back of that deal, Team LDLC have sold their spot in the European Pro Division to another French organisation, Supremacy. The move makes the new LDLC squad the third UK line-up under French ownership.<\/p>\n
\nWeek 1 saw a good start for Epsilon eSports, Splyce and Team Infused, with each team securing 2 victories.<\/p>\n
\nStage 2 didn’t start so easily for the French Team, with 2 losses, but Gotaga \u2013 \u201cthe French Monster\u201d \u2013 and his team will have plenty of occasions to fight back. The other French team, Supremacy, made a promising entrance in the Pro Division by beating Millenium, the Stage 1 Champions, in their second match.<\/p>\n
\nESWC will take place in Paris from 6th – 8th May. This is the first LAN event of the European CWL Stage 2. Thousands of fans are expected to attend across the 3 days, with a cash prize of $50K for the winning team.<\/p>\n
\nMatt \u201cNadeshot\u201d Haag has announced that he\u2019s started his own CWL organization, 100 Thieves, generating a strong social base almost instantly, which they capitalised on with their first win.<\/p>\n
