IEM World Championship Katowice 2018 is shaping up to be the best StarCraft® II event to date

With under 5 weeks remaining until the start of Intel® Extreme Masters Katowice 2018, the anticipation continues to build in the SC2 community. The event so far is shaping up to be one of the most stacked and loaded tournaments of all time. The reigning WCS Global champion, who was invited, has been joined by 11 others who rightfully now stand by his side, preparing to compete for the largest prize pool in the IEM SC2 history.

The Polish fans have every reason to be happy as the two very best Polish players have secured themselves a slot at the event and more importantly a position to play in front of the home crowd. The task of advancing deep in this tournament will not be an easy one as the competition is fierce and champion-packed so far.
