Fresh off of an electric first showing at the Season 7 Rocket League World Championship, South America’s Grand Series will return for its second rendition! We’re once again teaming up with Rocket Street to give the best players in South America an official path to the Season 8 Rocket League World Championship.
How Do I Qualify?
The Grand Series will have open qualifiers followed by a play-in stage that will fill the six available slots in the league. Two spots are reserved by Lowkey Esports and INTZ e-Sports thanks to their top-two finishes and World Championship appearances during Season 7. Below you can find the dates and times for both the Open Qualifiers and Play-Ins. Both the Open Qualifiers and Play-Ins will retain the same format as last season.

This season of the Grand Series will feature a new Regional Final format. It will be a Page-Playoff variant, with the top six Grand Series teams advancing to the Regional Final. There will be a total of six matches played all in one day. Check out a breakdown below:

Match 1 — #6 Seed vs. #3 Seed (Loser eliminated as tied for Sixth Place)

Match 6 — Winner of Match 4 vs. Winner of Match 5 (Loser ends in Second Place, while the winner earns First Place. Both qualify for the Season 8 World Championship)
