Stream On! Charity Stream – 8-hour charity stream begins March 19th

The Stream On! Charity Stream will begin at 1pm Friday 19th March and run for 8 hours, taking place via Twitch, YouTube and Facebook streaming channels.

The all-star line-up who will be hosting the streams include Vikkstar123, MarleyThirteen, Pickapixel, , H1GGSY and  Syphicc .

We are proud and excited to be working with Saulderson Media and SpecialEffect on the charity stream relay with the aim of raising awareness and vital funds, plus new gaming kit for SpecialEffect toward their mission of inclusion through video games. Everyone should be able to game!


SpecialEffect provides adapted gaming equipment to enable people with physical disabilities to have access to the gaming world, bringing inclusion, fun and positive social interactions with friends, family and the wider community.

“We put fun and inclusion back into the lives of people with physical disabilities by enabling them to play video games in any way they can.” SpecialEffect.

Each streamer will have a charity donation target. When a target is hit, the streamer will be given a forfeit to perform. When the top target is achieved it will unlock a prize giveaway that will allow one lucky follower in each stream an opportunity to win a top-of-the-range Predator Gaming Product. Acer will match this prize with an identical product donation to SpecialEffect.

The vital funds raised from this event will be put to fantastic use, helping people like Paul. Paul suffered a spinal injury over 15 years ago, but thanks to the help of the specialist team at SpecialEffect, he now uses a combination of head-controlled mouse, voice commands and a sip and puff switch to play games like Fortnite and CS:GO.
