Tickets for the 2019 LCS Spring Finals in St. Louis go on sale on March 5 at 12 PM CST / 10 AM PST. Spring Finals will be at the Chaifetz Arena on Saturday, April 13; games begin at 3:00 PM CST / 1:00 PST. Learn how to buy your tickets for Spring Finals below:
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets go on sale on March 5 at 12PM CST / 10 AM PST via Ticketmaster.
What are the price tiers?
Tickets are available in the following tiers and include applicable fees:
Saturday, April 13:
- Tier 1: $74.15 online; $62.25 at Chaifetz Box Office
- Tier 2: $58.85 online; $48.50 at Chaifetz Box Office
- Tier 3: $30.00 online; $23.50 at Chaifetz Box Office
There are no Ticketmaster vendor fees when purchasing directly from the Chaifetz Arena box office. However, both box office sales and online sales draw from the same pool of tickets, so there is no guarantee of tickets remaining available at the box office if the show sells out quickly online.
Here’s a breakdown of the tiers in the arena:
- Tier 1 is closest to the stage and the first 10 rows of the Lower Bowl
- Tier 2 is the higher remaining rows in the Lower Bowl
- Tier 3 is located in the Upper Bowl
Unfortunately, there are no floor seats available for sale; the limited supply is retained for the participating teams and their guests.
How many tickets can I buy?
There is a max limit of 5 tickets per transaction.
What happened to General Admission (GA) seating?
We’ve listened to fan feedback and have decided to reverse course on utilizing GA seating for this event. We understand that dedicated seat numbers allow audience members to more freely visit concessions, restrooms, activations and the merch store without the fear of losing their seats. It also means that fans are not forced to line up hours before the event just to get “better” seats. And finally, GA seating forces us to put fewer tickets on sale, as we need to reserve seats to make up for gaps that consistently arise between groups of attendees. Because of these drawbacks, we have decided to move forward with dedicated seat numbers. As noted above, we have set the number of tickets available for purchase in one transaction to 5 tickets, so you and your Ranked Flex teammates can still sit together, but it’s harder for scalpers to buy large numbers of tickets.
Do I have to create a Ticketmaster account to buy tickets online?
Yes, Ticketmaster requires an account to purchase tickets. To save time, we recommend that you sign-up and create an account before ticket sales go live. No prior registration is necessary to purchase directly at the Chaifetz Arena box office.
Please make sure to use your preferred email address to get updates about the event.
Will there be a queue/waiting page for tickets?
If the event is in high enough demand, Ticketmaster will use a queue system. Keep in mind that being in the queue does not guarantee that you’ll get tickets.
Why are you using Ticketmaster instead of another ticketing service?
Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticketing agent of events taking place at Chaifetz Arena, as they are for the majority of sports venues around the country.
What about tickets for the rest of Spring Playoffs?
Tickets will go on sale on March 1 via SquadUP. We’ll share more information about Spring Playoffs tickets on Wednesday, February 27.
