YouTube Gaming, FIFA 21 tournament announced

YouTube Gaming, in tandem with EA SPORTS™, announced the YouTube Gaming FIFA 21 Creator Tournament, part of the FIFA 21 Global Series Pre-Season Invitationals, taking place on Thursday, Oct. 8. This tournament will feature creators across 10 EMEA countries to support the DKMS charity organization. All tournament information including live scores, participating creators and leaderboard can be found at https://dkms.gg/youtube beginning Wednesday, Oct. 7. Fans can watch this one-day, one-of-a-kind event live starting at 12 p.m. ET/6PM CET on Thursday, Oct. 8 on the participating creators’ YouTube channels, including SesegelVinskyPMTV  & Nirkiop and more.

The tournament will be livestreamed on participating creators’ channels across Europe. Bringing together teams featuring FIFA Global Series Competitors and/or YouTube creators from one country, the tournament will have player duos going head to head as they climb the leaderboard to victory. Competing against random teams for two hours, each player will gather individual points for wins and goals. Players will be ranked based on individual scores in leaderboard for Round 2, the Knockout Round. Winner of this will take away the YouTube FIFA 21 creator Trophy.

As part of a larger initiative for the FIFA 21 Global Series, FIFA fans will have more ways to watch including unique and entertaining events like the YouTube Gaming FIFA 21 Creator Tournament.
