Gaming Istanbul 2020 proudly announces its fifth edition to take place from January 30th to February 2nd, 2020. Besides the Expo Area the event will again include a developer conference (GIST|DC), Indie Area, eSports tournaments, the Global Game Jam, extensive networking possibilities and many attractions for both visitors and professionals.

GIST 2020 will see new partnerships with the University Game Developers Association (UNOG) and the #KalkGel Influencer Team. This company of high-profile gaming influencers with a total reach of 4.5 million viewers on social media channels was signed official influencer marketing team of GIST 2020 and will promote the event as well as interested exhibitors during offline events and streaming slots.

In just four short years, Gaming Istanbul has grown to almost 100 exhibitors in the B2C, B2B and indie areas in 2019. Overall, developers and companies from 20 countries came to showcase their latest games and products to a large crowd of visitors and more than 2.300 trade attendees. These numbers cement Gaming Istanbul position as the largest gaming event in the region fulfilling its mission statement of “building the gaming bridge of Eurasia”.
As in 2019, GIST 2020 will open its doors Eurasia Show & Art Center, right next to Hagia Sophia, the Yerebatan Cistern, the Old Palace, and other historical locations from the Byzantine Era.
