Merge Games PAX West line up announced

Merge Games Ltd., a privately-owned video game publisher and distributor, announced its presence at PAX West held from 1st – 4th September 2017, in Seattle, USA.

In addition to showcasing its forthcoming line up to consumers, Merge Games staff and game developers will be on hand to host press meetings. The Merge Games booth #6916 will be located on the six floor of the convention centre throughout Monday 1st – 4th September. Games on show include:

Unbox: Newbie’s Adventure –Nintendo Switch – As a living cardboard box, Newbie can explore glorious 3D worlds filled with scenic vistas, mountains, islands and the like. Along the way he’ll meet new friends, discover a plethora of collectables and uncover oodles of super-secrets.

The Count Lucanor – Nintendo Switch – With a retro, halfway-between-8-and-16-bit style and inspired by classic games like The Legend of Zelda, Yume Nikki, Silent Hill or Dark Souls, among others. The Count Lucanor is an amazing mystery and horror adventure set in a fairy-tale world.

The Long Reach – PC / Nintendo Switch – At its heart Painted Black Games’ The Long Reach is an adventure game. Closer inspection also reveals it’s a thrilling horror story, flavoured with sci-fi ideology, psychological context and a sceptical view on the human psyche.

RIOT – Civil Unrest – PC – As civil crisis deepens and inequality tears the very fabric of society the discontentment of the masses manifests itself in violent public disturbances and civil disorder. Play as the police or the angry horde as RIOT – Civil Unrest places you in some of the world’s most fractious disputes.

Crimson Keep – PC – A first person, hack’n’slash, role-playing-game, Crimson Keep provides an ever-changing labyrinth full of monsters, traps, and treasure to challenge even the most dedicated player. Locate the sunken remains of the Crimson Keep and cleanse it. The great power you find within could be your only hope of escape.
